Battle Code of the Crusader

I) A Crusader is an elite warrior of the land and should fight those who
use mortal magics one-on-one. They are to avoid combat with those that
do not depend on magic (warrior classes) and hope to convert them to
the path not tainted in magics.

II) When attacking an enemy, a Crusader is to announce that target over
the House channel, This then means no other Crusader can touch that
target until:

1 The target dies (Do Not Multi-Kill)
2 The Crusader hunting dies, in which case the Crusader who wishes to
attack the killer/target must yell out that targets name and alert them
of vengence in the name of honor.
3 The Crusader who first called the target announces over the House
channel he no longer hunts the target and is well out of the area of the
target (those that wish to hunt then announce the name over the channel
again).

III) A Mage is considered one target. Only one Crusader may attack one
mage at a time, no matter the number of pets, slaves, or soldiers that
mage controls. However, any Crusader in range may attack any or all the
pets, slaves, or soldiers as long as he/she does not attack the mage
in doing so.

IV) No followers of any sort are allowed to hunt, raid, or defend with
you (No animals, No pets, No enlisted help).

V) Thieves and Monks of Crusaders are expected to have a higher honor
than their counterparts. This means before they use their stealthy
tactics (such as Blackjack, Backstab, Strangle, Assassinate) They
are to alert the opponent that they seek battle with them in which a
fair duel may be accepted. If the duel is refused they are free for
the Thief or Monk to hunt.

VII) When The Gauntlet is lost Crusaders are to offer a duel to those who
hold it, if refused they are to retrieve it.

IIX) Likewise, if the item of another house is held within the Keep a
duel offered by the enemy must be accepted (if fair) for a chance to
return it.

IX) No Ganging allowed. This also means standing in another room when the
mage flees from another and attacking the mage (refer to the earlier
section in the battle code, no excuses).

X) The rare exception that Crusaders can attack one or more mages
together is this: Only when the Gauntlet is lost and a duel not
accepted for it. Then The Crusaders may unite to retrieve it, after
its return no such ganging is allowed.

XI) Those that take advantage of Crusader honor and repeatly attack a
Crusader in groups or unfair numbers will be judged. The leaders will
judge those that forsake honor and when approved by the Immortal
leader of the Crusaders the "Forsaken" will be added to a list. Those
on this list are forsaken in honor and shall not recieve any for
they shame it, they can be killed in groups by Crusaders and stripped
of gear. ONLY THOSE ON THE FORSAKEN LIST MAY BE DEALT THIS WAY, ANY
CRUSADER ATTACKING THOSE WHO ARE NOT WILL BE PUNISHED.
