Malevolent Creation vocalist Brett Hoffmann has been released from his three month prison sentence. The band is to re-release Envenomed as a Digi-Pack with 3 new tracks.

The release of Slayers new CD "God Hates Us All" has been delayed to early July.

Misery should have completed recording of their new 11 track CD by now, cover artwork is to be done by Tony Champ who did the artwork on the Curses CD. The CD is expected to be released in August.

Six Feet Under have a CD due out in August, entitled "True Carnage", it will feature guest vocals by Ice-T and Karyn Crisis.

Cryogenic have a new CD due for an October release.

Metal For The Brain 11 is on October 20 this year at Canberra Uni in Belconnen. It is rumoured that Poland's Behemoth will be playing at the festival.

Psi Kore guitarist Andrew Lilley has departed the band. If you know of a suitable replacement email them at psi_kore@yahoo.com.

Blood Duster are to tour the US in August including a spot at the Milwaukee Metalfest.

Venomous Records is making a compilation of Australian death/black metal entitled "Venomous: Welcome To Death."
