Necrotos was a Slovak band (from Bratislava) playing during the period of 1990-92. That time four guys (Milan Stanko *1972 – bg, voc, Igor Paško *1969 – g, voc, Peter Macháň *1972 – dr and Rado Paľovčík *1973 – g) played thrash metal and released three demo recordings – first „The Blackout of Fullmoon" which was recorded in 1990 in student's radio studio without any knowledge and experience about the work in studio. Second one „ Fire & Ice" recorded in 1991 was on the other side recorded as a promo record for one rock club in Bratislava. And finally, third record had arisen in 1992 and as the only one was recorded in real studio. Practically, band ended its performing in early 1992 year. In 1998 Milan and Igor spoke about the remastering the old records. They decided to put some material on a CD. Thinking about the adding some synthi-sounds and further vocals, screams to old recordings come true during a year and now there is completely different perception of their former music. The plan was „to give a horror and blackmetal shroud" into old tracks. Unfortunately, the drums recorded in 1990-92 wouldn't be removed out from tracks so the music is rather slow for such blackish ideas. The music of all tracks is composed by Milan (Lomipliaga) and Igor (Valihnev). The lyrics are done by Igor, except the Fire & Ice track.

There is a famous Slovak fairy-tail (written by Pavol Dobšinský) about Lomidrevo („Break-a-wood") and his friends – Valibuk (Roll-a-beech) and Miesiželezo (Mash-an-iron) which were used and changed into nicknames for Necrotos members as a Valihnev (Rollanger), Lomipliaga (Break-a-plague) and Miesizlo (Mashevil). The nickname Drvidus (Crushchoke) is entirely artificial.
