Here are some inserts I created from pictures I found on the net.  I haven't been able to find inserts for these shows, so home-made is better than nothing.  Feel free to use them howevever you like, but you will need to adjust them to the correct size when you print them.  There are plenty of cd label programs you can use, or even print them in Word.
