This project focuses on the City Heights Educational Collaborative and the project Statement of Purpose is as follows:

We see as our Statement of Purpose:
To evaluate the effectiveness of the City Heights Educational Collaborative in assisting Hoover High Students to pursue higher education.

We see as our practical or theoretical problem to be:
To determine whether adequate amounts of resources/funds are being invested in the higher education goals of Hoover High students.

We see as the importance of our study:
To attempt to ameliorate problems regarding higher education access in lower income communities.
