The images below were all originally rendered at 2500x2500 pixels and then reduced to desktop sizes. These images look best in at least thousands of colors. The original images were the result of 2500 million iterations of the primary equation.

Those people having trouble decoding the .sit filetype used to compress "The Originals" can check out Aladdin Systems and download Stuffit Expander for Macintosh or Windows. I've dropped .sit filetype for the "Second Batch" and I'm considering dropping .sit compression all together. It offers certain advantages for Mac users though so for the time being I'll leave it in place.
